Sent the mails and had a chilled beer at my office bar.

Within 2 hours.....it was about 5pm...i got a call from Singapore. Parker Pens worldwide- Asia Chief.

Can you believe, he chatted with me for almost 20 minutes. Assured me of the best possible quality. Support. And also compensation.

Next day, i got a call from Usha Modi- from the BK Modi Group.(Luxor was handling the marketing part in India)

I was compensated for my shirt worth 1300. i was given a upgraded version of a lovely parker pen.

And..within 72 hours......i was again made to believe that Parker Pens- is sure the number one.
