The tree jutting out of the municipal school was always there. Sticking its neck out, proudly, and yes, safely. It was very nice of New Bombay Municipal authorities that even while constructing the wall, they didn't cut the tree, rather they built around it. They saved a tree, and a life. Cut to the scenario we see n hear day in day out- of how greens are being attacked, chopped, and destroyed. Perhaps, i thought, this tree, if it could speak, would be shouting and screaming its lungs out- PLEASE SAVE ME, PLEASE PROTECT ME.
